Bountiful bowls are as easy as 1, 2, 3 to prepare:
From your pantry:
32 oz. Chicken stock.
1 ½ cups of water.
8 OZ Tomato Sauce
8 OZ Canned COrn, rinsed and drained
Salt & pepper to taste.
Cooking directions:
1. Bring chicken stock, water, tomato sauce, corn, and soup mix to a boil.
2. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking.
3. Remove from heat and serve with optional add in’s: cheese, sour cream, olives.
For a heartier meal add 2 Cups of canned and drained chicken
Ingredients: Pasta (Durum wheat semolina, niacin, ferrous lactate, thiamine monotrate, riboflavin, folic acid), navy beans, red & green bell peppers, green chili, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, black pepper.
