From your Pantry:
32 oz Chicken Stock
1 1/2 Cups of water
Optional: 1 pound of ground meat, cooked chicken, turkey.
Shredded cheese and sour cream for serving
Directions:
1. Combine soup mix with the chicken stock and water. Stir well, bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for 25 minutes or until the rice and beans are tender.
2. Add optional meats and return to a simmer.
3. remove from hit and serve using the optional cheese and or sour cream.
