A classic Italian combination of Lemon and Italian seasonings makes this classic skillet a family favorite. Our team loves this one using shrimp.
From your Pantry:
1 13 oz Canned Chicken (undrained) OR 2 Cups cooked and shredded Chicken
3 Cups Chicken stock
1 Cup Milk, cream or half n half
NOTE: You can substitute 1# of browned and drained ground beef, chicken, or turkey for the Canned Chicken. Or you can also use shrimp, pork or any protein of your choice.
Directions:
1. In a 10” skillet combine the contents of the package, and chicken with the chicken stock. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer until the rice is cooked and most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir frequently to avoid sticking. Add milk/cream and stir well.
2. Serve with a green salad to complete your meal.
